Returns terms & conditions for Buyer -
To guarantee customer satisfaction, we offer free returns for the products that for some reasons did not met our customer's expectations.
You can create a return request right from your customer account.
Note - Buyer After receive product if product is broken or defective then claim about it within 10 days. otherwise complain claim will reject.
Online payment's order T&C -
if you not receive your order item within 20 days from payment day then make sure claim for your money via email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order id or complete this online payment refund form [here]
Returns terms & conditions for Seller -
Seller if you send product not link mention describe then we will refund
full money to buyer. that's why mention only real things.
Step 1 - ( this refund option only show after reviceing your order )
Step 2 - ( Login into your account )
Step 3 - ( select "order" option )
Step 4 - ( Select product by click order id )
Step 5 - ( Select " Request a replacement or refund" Option but this option only show when order "satus: complete" )
Step 6 - ( Select "what would you like to do" option, product, Reason )
Step 7 - ( share bank details in "Bank details" option )
Accepted 10 days from delivery or installation
please note the return and replace time not same for all products. So before order check the "Easy Return Days" option
Damaged, Defective, Item not as described
Type Accepted -
*The validity for products installed only by ZeetSale authorized personnel shall be 10 days from installation.
If you have received a damaged or defective product or if it is not as described, you can raise a replacement request on the Website/App/Mobile site within 10 days of receiving the product.
We will help you troubleshoot any issues you may have, either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit. If no defect is confirmed, the issue is not diagnosed within 10 days of delivery, a troubleshooting step cannot be performed, or if one replacement has already been provided, you will be directed to a brand service center to resolve any subsequent issues.
Successful pick-up of the product is subject to the following conditions being met:
- Correct and complete product (with the original brand/product Id/undetached MRP tag/product's original packaging/freebies and accessories).
- The product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any scratches or dents.
- Before returning a Mobile/Laptop/Tablet, the device should be formatted and screen lock should be disabled. iCloud account should be unlocked for Apple devices.
